The mission of the Statesville Housing Authority's Family Development Division is "To increase the capacity of resident families to improve quality of life through community partnerships that develop enhanced resiliency."
Goals are: 1) "To increase the availability of high quality, affordable, accessible family capacity building programs in our communities." and 2) "To increase the availability of resources to both sustain and expand existing initiatives as well as to implement innovative new capacity-building programs."
